this is one of my recent ideas for an anime inspired cartoon called Jumping Jill, the show focuses around a homely girl named Jill. sort of like Olive Oyl from Popeye, but except the opposite of Olive Oyl, meaning that she has the looks of Olive but hits like Popeye (no spinach or anything required), a lot of the characters are influenced by old 8-bit NES/Famicom games like Super Mario Brothers, Mega Man, Contra , Duck Hunt, EXCETRA

for example she has a pet Cheshire Cat/Pig  Hybrid  thingy named Bumpo, who makes weird
noises, but sometimes laughs like the Dog from Duck Hunt or Gannon from the Zelda II GAME OVER screen
